Amber has been an integral part of Izenstone from the very beginning! With over six years of wedding planning expertise and an impressive 17 years in the event industry, Amber brings unmatched passion, creativity, and attention to detail to every wedding she designs and coordinates. Helping couples bring their dream celebrations to life is her greatest joy.

Amber earned her degree in Public Relations from the University of South Alabama in 2011, where she discovered her love for event planning. Inspired by her own wedding in 2013, Amber teamed up with her mother, Laura, to turn the vision of opening Izenstone into a reality—a project born from their shared dream of creating the perfect wedding venue.

As a Certified Wedding Planner and Master Certified Wedding Planner through The Certified Wedding Planner Society, Amber is equipped with top-tier skills and industry knowledge to ensure your big day is seamless and unforgettable.

When she's not crafting unforgettable weddings or connecting with her sweet couples, Amber is at home embracing the chaos and joy of life with her husband, three daughters, four dogs, and three cats. You’ll often find her savoring a great book, diving into a true crime documentary, or unwinding with a glass of wine in hand.

Certified Wedding Planner

Five years ago, Jennifer joined the Izenstone team as a golf cart driver, but her journey didn’t stop there. Through hard work and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, she rose to the role of Venue Coordinator and is now a Certified Wedding Planner. Known for her love of décor and eye for detail, Jennifer thrives on designing breathtaking tablescapes and bringing each couple’s unique vision to life. She loves her brides fiercely and will move mountains to make their wedding dreams a reality.

Jennifer’s heart extends far beyond weddings. Inspired by her late daughter Caroline, she founded the Berry Strong Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children with cancer and their families. From gathering art supplies for patients at USA Children’s and Women’s Hospital to raising funds for childhood cancer research, Jennifer pours her energy into making a difference. Her remarkable efforts earned her a spot as a 2024 WKRG Remarkable Women Finalist—a recognition she humbly wouldn’t mention herself.

When she’s not organizing dream weddings or giving back through her foundation, Jennifer channels her inner "Swifty," traveling the globe to see Taylor Swift in concert. Whether she’s spending quality time with her kids, serving her community, or supporting Izenstone couples, Jennifer brings boundless energy, compassion, and creativity to everything she does.

Certified Wedding Planner

For the past 2 1/2 years, Haley has been joyfully planning weddings at Izenstone, bringing her 7 years of event coordinating expertise to every couple’s special day. Her career in event coordinating began at Fort Conde Inn, where she quickly realized her passion for creating memorable experiences. Seeking new opportunities to grow in the field, Haley joined the Izenstone team, where she continues to make every bride and groom feel right at home. 

Haley holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Education and Promotion from Southeastern Louisiana University. While her first love was teaching and promoting health, she soon discovered that her favorite part of the field was working with diverse groups of people and organizing health fairs. This sparked her transition into event planning, a career that has allowed her to combine her love for people, logistics, and creativity. 

As a proud member of the Certified Wedding Planner Society and holder of a Certified Wedding and Event Planner certificate, Haley has planned over 50 weddings at Izenstone. She is enthusiastic about making each event unique and unforgettable, ensuring that every detail reflects the couple’s vision and style. 

When Haley isn’t crafting dream weddings, she loves planning parties for friends and family, spending time outdoors with her husband and two pups, and always finding something new to learn. For her, event planning isn’t just a job—it’s one of the many things that make her heart happy!

Alexis Busby has been with Izenstone since 2022 and brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. Alexis has always been THE planner in her personal life and in professional settings. As a Wedding Coordinator she has been able to hone in on her passion for creating unforgettable experiences, and turning clients’ dreams into a reality on the most important day.

Alexis is a Certified Wedding Planner through The Certified Wedding Planner Society, the leading certification program in the field.

Alexis is a caffeine lover, sushi addict, and in true southern fashion, she enjoys spending time with her large family. When she’s not conducting tours, attending meetings, or overseeing weddings at the venue you can find Alexis at home with her wonderful husband and two rambunctious dogs. She is either cooking or curled up binging Law & Order.
